This position offers some of the highest commission splits in the roofing industry — up to 60%, with no cap on earnings. If you have experience in D2D sales, B2B sales, roofing, solar, construction, or come from a competitive background such as athletics or high-performance sales teams, this opportunity provides the platform to significantly outperform traditional sales roles.
Job Summary
As a Roofing Sales Representative / Project Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business through outside, door-to-door sales, managing the full sales cycle, and guiding homeowners or business owners through the roofing repair or replacement process. You will act as the primary point of contact from initial inspection through project completion, ensuring a professional, transparent, and high-quality customer experience.
This role requires strong communication skills, self-discipline, and the ability to operate independently within assigned territories. You will leverage CRM tools (such as Salesforce or similar platforms) to manage leads, track pipelines, and close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door and outside sales activities to generate new business within assigned territories
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, inspections, consultations, contract execution, and account management
- Perform roof inspections and product demonstrations, educating clients on roofing solutions and identifying upsell opportunities
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate sales pipelines
- Negotiate contracts and project terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and consistent follow-up
- Collaborate with internal project and production teams to ensure seamless execution from sale through completion
- Conduct market and territory analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally

Experience & Qualifications

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
