Nuvohaus Home Improvement is a growing roofing and exterior company serving Arlington Heights and surrounding suburbs. We specialize in roof replacements, storm restoration, gutters, and siding, and we pride ourselves on clean jobs, strong communication, and satisfied homeowners.

We are building a small, elite sales team — not a revolving door.

The Role

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for producing revenue, not just generating leads.

You own the deal from first contact to signed contract:

  • Prospecting & lead generation
  • In-home inspections and presentations
  • Contract execution
  • Job coordination and customer communication

This role rewards people who take ownership.

What You Will Do (Non-Negotiable)

  • Generate your own opportunities through:
  • Door knocking
  • Referrals
  • Networking
  • Storm response
  • Meet homeowners in person and perform roof inspections
  • Present roofing and exterior solutions clearly and confidently
  • Close deals and collect signed contracts
  • Complete accurate work orders and submit them on time
  • Communicate with customers before, during, and after the job
  • Follow up relentlessly until the job is complete and paid

Performance Expectations

Successful reps typically

  • Run 8–15 appointments per week
  • Close 25–40% of qualified appointments
  • Generate $1M–$3M+ in annual revenue
