Outside Residential Roofing Sales Rep

Pappas Roofing & Construction is growing and looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners with roofing repair and replacement needs. We’re a local company that invests in our people, offering training, support, and strong earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners and identify roofing needs
• Educate customers and schedule free inspections
• Generate new business through door knocking, following up on company-provided leads
• Guide customers through the sales and insurance process
• Represent Pappas with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

• Outside sales experience required
• Roofing experience a plus, not required
• Self-starter with strong motivation
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
