Roofing Sales Specialist

Position Summary

We’re seeking a motivated, personable Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team providing Residential and Commercial Roofing services. You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners, property managers, landlords, HOAs, educating them on their roofing options, conducting inspections (with training), and guiding them through the sales process from first call to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and generate new business via door-to-door outreach, referrals, and local networking
• Conduct on-site roof inspections
• Educate clients on roofing options, materials, warranties, and financing
• Prepare and present professional proposals using company tools and CRM
• Follow up with leads, address objections, and close sales with integrity
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activity

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (home improvement, roofing, solar, or related industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter mentality with a positive, coachable attitude
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed for appointments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
