Duties

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach within assigned territories
• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on roofing options and benefits
• Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities
• Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales growth in designated regions
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
• Negotiate contracts and close sales by addressing client needs with tailored roofing solutions
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that boost lead generation and brand awareness

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the construction or home improvement sectors
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and close deals confidently
• Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis
• Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining technical details clearly
• Skilled in business development strategies including cold calling, inside sales, and retail sales approaches
