Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Roofing Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting our roofing and solar solutions. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help expand our market presence while providing exceptional service to clients seeking reliable roofing and energy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through proactive outside sales efforts, including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management
  • Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing customer service, upselling additional products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on roofing options and solar solutions
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure successful sales agreements while maintaining profitability
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to stay ahead in the marketplace

Experience

  • Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or renewable energy industry
  • Experience managing territory sales and developing new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling
  • Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and account management with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities and analyzing performance
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, upsell services, and close deals effectively
  • Excellent analysis skills for market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning
  • Prior experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required
