Outside Roofing Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated, driven, and customer-focused Outside Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will generate leads, inspect roofs, meet with homeowners, and guide customers through the roofing and insurance restoration process from start to finish. This is a high-income opportunity for individuals who are confident in sales, comfortable working in the field, and motivated by performance-based pay. Roofing or sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through door knocking, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
• Inspect roofs and identify storm damage or roofing issues
• Meet with homeowners to explain products, services, and the restoration process
• Assist customers through the insurance claims process when applicable
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Track leads, appointments, and job progress accurately
• Work closely with management and production to ensure jobs move smoothly

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work outdoors and travel locally
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Roofing, construction, or insurance restoration knowledge is a plus

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
