Progressive Roofing & Home Improvements, is seeking to expand our SALES team. We are looking for EXPERIENCED in-home sales professionals to RUN roofing sales leads. We provide you with qualified, high quality, warm leads. The customers contact us and invite us to their homes for appointments. You will enjoy a lot of freedom in this home-based/telecommuter sales position.

Progressive Roofing & Home Improvements’s purpose is to REDEFINE the construction industry by pushing beyond the status quo and providing our customers with a remarkable experience. We provide the BEST training, systems, products, and services in the business.

Requirements for the position

• 3-5 years of sales experience
• 1+ years of experience in the residential real estate, home inspection, or roofing industries is a plus
• Be able to and comfortable with climbing a ladder and inspecting roofs
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
• Ability to travel within a 1.5-hour radius of the main office
• Reliable personal vehicle to run sales appointments, laptop/Ipad, and cell phone
• Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.

What will you do?

• Drive to potential customers home and conduct appointments
• 10% Sales Commission. 1/2 Paid when deposit is collected balance on final payment
• You Sell the Job and we will Build it.
• Write proposals for each customer account which include photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists and job worksheets
• Provide follow-up to customers by phone and re-visits the customer as necessary
