Moonshot Roofing is hiring a motivated outside sales rep for our Chester territory. We're a locally owned roofing company based out of Columbia, PA serving markets across the state and we're growing fast.

Compensation

• Flat 10% commission on every job sold
• Average deal size: $17,000
• Close 1–2 jobs/week and you're clearing six figures
• Top performers earn $120,000+
• $600/week paid during your training period

We're a locally owned exterior contractor specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, and storm damage restoration. We've built our reputation across Pennsylvania on quality work, honest communication, and doing right by our customers — and we hold our team to the same standard. We're expanding into new markets and need sharp salespeople to grow with us.

Your Role

This is a W-2 outside sales position.

• Run pre-set and self-generated in-home appointments
• Walk homeowners through our proven sales process
• Quote jobs accurately and keep CRM updated
• Monday–Friday schedule with optional Saturdays

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Experience in high-ticket sales (roofing sales a plus, not required)
• Strong communicator who takes ownership of their results
