Overview

We are seeking a motivated, ethical, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing roofing and restoration company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners, understands consultative selling, and takes pride in delivering real solutions—not pressure.

You will be responsible for generating sales through inspections, customer education, follow-ups, and closing opportunities while representing the company professionally and honestly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners through clear communication and follow-up.
• Conduct property inspections and identify customer needs.
• Present roofing and restoration solutions tailored to each client.
• Educate customers on repair vs. replacement options, warranties, and processes.
• Manage assigned territory and maximize sales opportunities.
• Perform inside and outside sales activities, including in-person appointments.
• Deliver clear and professional sales presentations.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts.
• Accurately document all interactions, appointments, and deals in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining ethical sales practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in sales (construction, roofing, restoration preferred but not required).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable working with homeowners in face-to-face environments.
• Ability to manage time, territory, and follow-ups effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
