Roofing Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products and services. Duties

• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Engage in business development activities to identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar software for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on market trends and competitive analysis.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Participate in retail sales initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive foot traffic.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with product demos and the ability to effectively communicate product value to customers.
• Experience in business development or market analysis is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and customer data is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
