Roof Sales & Field Partner

Roof Maxx of Downers Grove (EcoMax Roofing LLC) is hiring a motivated, self-driven field partner to run roof assessments and complete roof rejuvenation treatments across the north, western and southwest Chicagoland suburbs.

This is NOT an hourly job.

This is NOT general labor.

This is a performance-based 1099 opportunity with real earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Run scheduled roof assessments (leads provided)
• Educate homeowners on roof life and rejuvenation options
• Close jobs face-to-face
• Perform Roof Maxx spray treatments
• Complete minor roof tune-ups
• Document work and photos
• Represent a nationally recognized brand professionally

You will handle the job from inspection through completion.

What You Must Provide

• Reliable truck or SUV with 2” trailer hitch
• Basic roofing tools & PPE
• Ability to climb ladders and work on residential roofs
• Strong communication skills
• Availability 3–4 days per week (April–November)
• General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation

100% Commission-Based (1099)

• 12% base commission
• 13%–15% performance tiers
• Bi-weekly payouts
• Average job = ~$3,500
• 10 - 12 jobs/month = ~$5,000+ monthly earnings
• Uncapped potential

Income is tied directly to completed and collected jobs.
