This role is not entry-level and requires an understanding of roofing.

We are a $35M+ roofing company operating from San Diego to San Jose, with a strong presence in Los Angeles and Orange County. Our top sales reps earn $200,000+ annually, supported by strong lead flow, brand credibility, and full operational support.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect residential roofs and accurately assess repair or replacement needs
• Identify roofing issues
• Present roofing solutions and pricing to homeowners
• Provide complete and accurate information and partner with internal teams (contact center, production, etc.) to ensure an exceptional roofing product and customer experience
• Run company-provided, pre-qualified leads and self-generate when needed
• Close residential roofing contracts and manage the customer relationship as needed
• Track leads and performance using CRM tools

Compensation

• Uncapped commission-based pay
• Typical earnings: $120,000–$200,000+
• Top performers earn $200K+ annually
• Weekly pay with fast commission processing

Qualifications

• Residential roofing knowledge required
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, inspections, and estimating

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
