Compensation: High commission-based (uncapped)

RoofGuard Bay Area is looking for a driven sales professional with experience in roofing, construction, or home services. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and comfortable generating their own leads and closing deals.

What you’ll do

Generate your own leads (door-to-door, networking, referrals, etc.)

Meet with homeowners and property managers

Perform roof inspections and identify issues

Present estimates and solutions

Close sales and manage customer relationships

You’re a great fit if you

Have sales experience in roofing or construction

Are comfortable prospecting and generating your own business

Are confident, professional, and good with customers

Are goal-oriented and motivated by commissions

Have reliable transportation

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
