Position: Construction Sales Trainee

Immediate Hiring! We’re looking for motivated and outgoing sales reps who want to build a high-income career in roofing sales industry!

No roofing sales experience is required — we provide full training.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods to find homes with roof damage
• Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
• Talk with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
• Set appointments and help close sales

Requirements

• Previous Sales Experience (roofing sales is a plus!)
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and talking to people
• Willing to learn and stay motivated
• Able to climb a ladder for inspections
• Reliable transportation (car or truck)

Compensation

• $100,000 – $350,000+ per year
• Top performers can earn $450,000+
• Commission-based with high earning potential
