Outside Sales Trainee Roofing - Earn Up to $350K

What You’ll Do

• Work in residential neighborhoods identifying roofs with possible storm damage
• Perform basic inspections after training
• Speak with homeowners about roofing concerns and available solutions
• Assist customers through the roofing and insurance process
• Help generate and close new business opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable transportation required (car/truck)
• Comfortable climbing ladders when needed
• Previous sales, customer service, canvassing, or hospitality experience preferred
• Bartenders, servers, and waiters often do very well in this role
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
