• What You’ll Do
• Run in-home appointments (no desk job)
• Inspect roofs (training provided)
• Help homeowners navigate insurance claims
• Present options and close deals
• Manage your pipeline like a professional
• Get paid for results — not excuses

Compensation (Real Numbers)

• Uncapped commission
• Weekly draws / fast payouts
• Average reps: $80K–$120K
• Top reps: $150K–$200K+
