Position Overview

We are hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives who can generate new opportunities by engaging with homeowners.

This is a true 1099 independent contractor role designed for individuals who want:

• Full control of their pipeline and income
• The ability to earn at a high level
• A clear path to grow into top producer or leadership roles

What You'll Do

• Canvass neighborhoods and knock doors daily
• Generate leads by identifying potential roofing needs or storm damage
• Build rapport and set in-home or on-site appointments
• Perform roof and exterior inspections when necessary
• Educate homeowners on findings and available solutions
• Present roofing solutions with clarity and confidence
• Handle objections and guide homeowners through decisions

What We're Looking For

• Strong ability to communicate, build trust, and close deals
• Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and field work
• Self-motivated with a high level of discipline and accountability
• Resilient and able to handle rejection consistently
• Entrepreneurial mindset—this is a 1099 role, not a job

• 100% Commission-Based (1099 Independent Contractor)
