Roofing Sales - COMMISSION ONLY - TRAINING PROVIDED

Scaduto Solutions is hiring motivated, coachable sales representatives for insurance restoration roofing. This is a door-to-door, relationship-based sales position that requires discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want earned money, not promised money, and who are willing to put in the work before seeing results.

We provide training, systems, and support — but success is driven by the individual.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred (but not required)

• Sales experience (door-to-door, retail, automotive, insurance, or B2B is a plus)
• Customer-facing or relationship-based work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Required

• Self-motivation and personal accountability
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying conditions
• Ability to handle rejection without quitting
• Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
• Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling

Roofing or insurance experience is NOT required.

We provide training for the right individual.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $199,000.00 per year
