Commercial Roofing Sales Executive

Location: [ Anaheim ]

We cover Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, and San Bernardino County

Compensation: Base Support + Uncapped Commission

Expected Earnings: $120,000 – $300,000+

We are a growing commercial roofing company seeking a high-level B2B sales professional to develop and close commercial roofing projects.

This is strictly commercial — no residential door knocking.

We are looking for a true hunter who understands how to build relationships with property managers, asset managers, facility directors, and commercial building owners.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop commercial accounts
• Network with property managers and ownership groups
• Identify reroof, coating, and repair opportunities
• Present proposals and close commercial contracts
• Manage pipeline and follow-up consistently

Compensation Structure

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Monthly base support (structured as draw/guarantee if applicable)
• Aggressive commission structure

• Top closers can exceed $250K+
