The Role
The Sales Director is responsible for the sales performance across a designated geographic region or market driving revenue growth, market share, and profitability. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with sales strategy execution to ensure that the company’s goals are met through high-performing teams, strong client relationships, and effective resource management.
What We're Looking For
- Storm Restoration Sales Experience: You bring a deep, hands-on understanding of the full storm restoration sales cycle — from door knock to contract close. The ideal candidate has personally managed 250+ storm restoration roofing projects, including knocking doors, performing roof inspections, running adjuster meetings, supplementing scopes of work, and closing contracts in-home.
- Field Leadership & Door-to-Door Experience: You have a proven track record of leading by example in the field within a door-to-door sales environment. Experience in roles such as Field Marketing Manager, Canvassing Manager, or D2D Team Lead/Mentor strongly aligns with what we’re looking for.
- In-Home Sales Expertise: You bring strong in-home closing experience, including product selection (roofing, siding, gutters, and ideally solar), financing, and contract execution. You’ve either been trained by—or helped lead—an in-home sales organization, with measurable, documented results.
The Compensation
- Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/yr
- Monthly Revenue Share Bonus: % of Monthly Revenue
- Quarterly Aggregate Performance Bonus: bonus for hitting revenue tiers
- % on Personal Sales: top-tier percentage on personal deals you sell
