Roofing Sales

Position: Roofing Sales Representative – Residential (Pensacola / Florida Panhandle)

We are an established local roofing company based in Pensacola with consistent lead flow and a strong reputation. We are looking for a motivated sales professional to handle residential roof replacements (retail and insurance). This is a high-earning opportunity for someone who is organized, driven, and comfortable working directly with homeowners.

What You’ll Do

• Sell residential roof replacement projects (retail and insurance claims)

• Inspect roofs and meet homeowners for estimates and consultations

• Work with insurance adjusters when applicable (experience a plus)

• Provide repair quotes as needed

• Maintain customer relationships from contract to completion

• Window replacement sales available for additional income (optional)

• Light commercial opportunities may be available but residential is the primary focus

Leads & Territory

• Mix of company-provided leads and self-generated business

• Storm and insurance opportunities available

• Territory: Pensacola-centric, serving the Florida Panhandle

Compensation

• Commission-based with potential draw for the right candidate

• Paid on collected project profits

• Top performers earn $100,000–$200,000+ annually

• High earning potential for producers

Support & Tools

• CRM and estimating software provided

• Admin support for permits and paperwork

Schedule

• Full-time preferred (part-time considered)

• Evening and weekend availability as needed to meet homeowners

• Flexible schedule as most sales are appointment-based

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Comfortable climbing roofs and using ladders

• Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused

• Roofing or construction sales experience preferred

• Insurance claim experience preferred
