Sales Representative (In-Home)

Stellar Roofing is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Home Exterior Specialist to consult with homeowners about their exterior renovation needs, including roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors. This role combines elements of customer service, sales, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will be personable, trustworthy, and passionate about helping clients improve the safety, efficiency, and curb appeal of their homes. This is 100% Commission based position

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and assess roofing and exterior conditions
• Educate homeowners on renovation options, materials, warranties, and services
• Take measurements using drones and mobile measurement tools
• Prepare customized estimates and proposals
• Manage the sales process from lead follow-up through contract signing
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and certifications
• Represent the company at community events and perform post-installation follow-ups
• Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Technical aptitude for measurements, product knowledge, and the use of digital tools.
• Self-motivated and able to manage a sales pipeline independently.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to representing the Stellar Roofing brand with integrity.
• Experience in home exterior sales, roofing, or related construction fields preferred but not required
