Stone Ranch Construction is one of Orange County's fastest-growing roofing and exterior restoration companies. We specialize in residential roofing, insurance restoration, and storm damage claims. As we continue to expand, we are looking for motivated, competitive individuals who want a career with unlimited earning potential.

No roofing experience is required. We provide complete training on roof inspections, insurance claims, sales, and closing techniques.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods
• Meet with homeowners and perform free roof inspections
• Identify storm damage and insurance restoration opportunities
• Follow up with company-provided leads and pre-set appointments
• Build relationships with homeowners and guide them through the roofing process
• Use JobNimbus CRM to manage leads and customer communication
• Attend daily sales training and team meetings
