Roofing Sales Representative — Door-to-Door Sales

Job Summary

Stone Ranch Construction is a roofing and exterior restoration company in Orange County specializing in storm damage repair and insurance claim assistance. We are looking for driven sales reps to join our growing team. You will generate business through door-to-door canvassing and close deals from pre-set appointments provided by the company. No roofing experience needed we train you on everything from roof inspections to the insurance claim process. If you are competitive, coachable, and want uncapped income, we want to hear from you.

Duties

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify potential clients and introduce roofing services with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Manage pre-set appointments by following up with interested prospects, providing detailed product information, and answering technical questions confidently
• Utilize CRM software such as Job Nimbus to track leads, update client information, and schedule follow-up activities efficiently
• Canvass targeted neighborhoods door-to-door to identify homeowners with roof damage or aging roofs
• Conduct free roof inspections and identify damage that may qualify for an insurance claim
• Attend daily morning sales meetings

Qualifications

• No roofing experience required — full training provided
• D2D or outside sales experience is a plus but not required
• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Available full-time including some evenings
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing a ladder for inspections
• Smartphone for photos, apps, and CRM access

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
