entry-level outside sales opportunity

Sweet Brothers Roofing is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing sales team in the Cypress and Greater Houston area. No roofing or previous sales experience is required—we are looking for people who are competitive, coachable, dependable, and comfortable talking with homeowners.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners

• Introduce homeowners to Sweet Brothers Roofing and our services

• Identify homeowners who may need roof inspections, repairs, replacements, or storm-damage assistance

• Schedule qualified homeowners for roof inspections

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain communication throughout the sales process

• Learn the basics of residential roofing, storm damage, and our sales process

• Work toward individual and team sales goals
