What You’ll Do

• Hunt and close commercial roofing deals with building owners, property managers, and commercial investors.
• Conduct inspections, identify needs, and present killer proposals that get signed.
• Negotiate contracts, crush quotas, and hit massive revenue goals.
• Build relationships that lead to repeat business and high-ticket referrals.
• Work with operations to ensure projects are delivered flawlessly, keeping clients happy and referrals flowing.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven sales closer—B2B, commercial construction, or roofing experience a huge plus.
• Fearless, competitive, and obsessed with hitting goals.
• Self-motivated with a pipeline mentality—no waiting for leads to fall into your lap.
• Excellent communicator and negotiator.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for client meetings.
