Position: Construction Sales Trainee

We are hiring motivated sales reps ready to step into a rewarding home improvement career! No roofing sales experience required – just bring your sales background, strong work ethic and willingness to learn! We'll train and support you all the way!

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience
• Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods
• Comfortable climbing a ladder and performing inspections

Responsibilities

• Canvass storm damaged neighborhoods and identify homes with storm damaged roofing
• Perform roof inspections
• Educate homeowners with insurance restoration and complete necessary paperwork

Compensation

• Earn $150,000 to $350,000 per year (Top reps can earn from $450K-$900K per year)
• Full training
