Door to Door Sales

The Goat Roofing LLC is seeking a motivated and professional Roofing Sales Representative to help grow our customer base throughout Northern and Central New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with homeowners, generating leads, scheduling free roof inspections, following up with potential customers, and helping turn opportunities into completed projects. This is a field-based position that requires traveling to different areas based on appointments and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new roofing leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and other sales methods
• Speak professionally with homeowners about our roofing and exterior services
• Schedule free roof inspections and customer appointments
• Follow up with prospective customers by phone or text
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer communication
• Represent The Goat Roofing LLC in a professional and respectful manner
• Work with the company’s management and roofing team throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Sales, roofing, construction, or canvassing experience is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout Northern and Central New Jersey
• English required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Training will be provided

Compensation

Competitive performance-based compensation with opportunities to earn bonuses based on appointments and completed sales. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview.
