Producing Roofing Sales Manager — $60K Base + Uncapped Commission

Pay: $60,000 base salary + commission + performance bonuses

Expected earnings: $100,000–$180,000+ per year based on production

Job Summary

TK Roofing & Restoration is hiring an experienced Producing Roofing Sales Manager to help grow our residential roofing sales team in the DFW area.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role. We are looking for someone who can personally generate leads, knock doors, inspect roofs, close homeowners, and help train future sales representatives.

Compensation

This position includes

• $60,000 base salary
• 5% commission on personal sales
• Team performance override available after proven personal production and team development
• Written commission structure
• Uncapped earning potential
• Commissions paid on completed and collected jobs

Final commission details will be reviewed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Generate residential roofing leads through door-to-door sales, referrals, networking, and follow-up
• Inspect residential roofs safely and professionally
• Meet with homeowners and explain roofing options clearly
• Identify and document roof damage when applicable
• Follow up consistently with homeowners, adjusters, and internal team members
• Use AccuLynx to document leads, inspections, photos, notes, and job progress
• Close residential roofing jobs
• Help recruit, train, and mentor future sales representatives
• Assist in building a repeatable door-to-door sales process
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Work closely with office and production staff to help jobs move smoothly from sale to completion

Requirements

• Prior residential roofing sales experience required
• Door-to-door sales experience strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
• Must be comfortable working outdoors
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have strong communication and follow-up skills
• Must be organized and willing to use a CRM
• Must be located in or near the DFW area

Preferred Qualifications

• Roofing sales management or team lead experience
• Experience training door-to-door sales representatives
• Experience using AccuLynx
• Experience with storm restoration or insurance-related roofing sales
• Existing relationships in the DFW roofing, construction, real estate, or home services market
• Proven history of personal roofing sales production
