COMMERCIAL ROOFING SALES — $150K+ BASED ON PERFORMANCE (UNCAPPED COMMISSION)

This is not an entry-level sales job.

This is for driven, self-motivated closers who want serious income, real autonomy, and huge upside in a booming commercial roofing market.

WHAT YOU’LL BE SELLING

  • Commercial roofing systems (TPO, Modified, Metal, Coatings, Repairs)
  • Large-scale commercial and industrial projects
  • Property managers, asset managers, developers, and building owners
  • Real solutions — not cookie-cutter proposals

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Prospect and develop commercial accounts
  • Inspect roofs, identify issues, and present winning solutions
  • Build long-term relationships (this is repeat business)
  • Create and bid proposals, negotiate, and close
  • Coordinate with production to ensure clean execution
  • Own your territory like it’s your business — because it is

WHO THIS IS FOR
