What we do for customers

• Storms (hail, wind, tornado) damage customers' homes
• We offer them a no-obligation, free inspection
• If we find enough damage, we help them get their roof paid for by the insurance company
• Outcome: customer gets a brand-new roof and the carrier pays the bill

What you'd do if you worked with us

• Drive to neighborhoods we point you at (most of our work this year is around Belvidere & Poplar Grove)
• Knock doors, talk to homeowners, get them on the calendar
• Run leads given by the company
• Get up on the ladder yourself and document what's there
• Set your own schedule — prefer to be home to pick the kids up? Not a morning person?

How much you can get paid doing this

• 10% commission per roof (avg roof ≈ $24,000)
• Most reps get 1–2 deals per week after training
• Team average is well over $100K/yr, top reps clear $200K+
• Marco and Austin started in March. They both earned over $30K in April, with no sales experience.
• During training (first 4 weeks) you only set appointments — a senior closer handles the inspection and contract — and you split the 10% with them
