Position Overview

This role is centered around generating leads through door-to-door canvassing and setting appointments for property inspections.

You will be meeting homeowners face-to-face, identifying potential storm damage, and setting appointments for free roof inspections, where the work is covered by insurance.

Top performers will have a clear path into a Field Manager position, with opportunities to lead and train a team.

Responsibilities

• Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners and generate interest
• Set appointments for free roof inspections
• Educate homeowners on storm damage and the claims process
• Track leads and appointments
• Represent UV Exteriors professionally in the field
• Assist in training and onboarding new hires as you grow

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• Sales or canvassing experience is a plus (not required)
• Reliable transportation
• Availability during afternoons and evenings
