Vanguard Organization Inc. is hiring a *B2B Commercial Roofing Sales Representative* to drive new business across NY & CT. This role is for sales pros who thrive on *cold outreach, new accounts, and uncapped earnings*.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect daily — *cold calls, site visits, networking*
• Open new commercial accounts
• Sell *commercial roofing services* (repairs, restorations, replacements)
• Perform roof inspections and build proposals
• Close deals and *beat sales targets*
• Build and manage your own pipeline

What You Need

• *3+ years B2B outside sales*
• Proven *new business development* success
• Roofing or construction sales experience
• Strong closing mentality
• Valid driver’s license
• Must adhere to OSHA Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Must pass mandatory and random drug tests.
• Ability to climb ladders and handle heights.
• Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.
