What You'll Do

We’re looking for a hungry, self-motivated Roofing Sales Representative who thrives in the field. You’ll be responsible for educating homeowners, inspecting roofs, and generating your own business through door-to-door outreach and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Self-generate leads daily through door-to-door canvassing, storm follow-ups, referrals, and local neighborhood outreach.
• Eligible to receive company-provided appointments after hitting performance metrics and maintaining high sales standards.
• Identify homeowners with roof damage or aging roofs and educate them on repair and replacement options.
• Conduct roof inspections, document findings, and explain the claims or replacement process clearly.
• Present customized roofing solutions, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close contracts.
• Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma preferred; sales experience strongly valued.
• Proven willingness to knock doors and generate your own business this is not a lead-fed role.
• Experience in roofing, storm restoration, home improvement, or D2D sales is a major plus.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with homeowners.
• Ability to overcome objections and close deals at a high level.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders (when required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
