Roth Roofing is seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Salesman to join their team in the Tri-State area. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in roofing sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to exceed targets. The Roofing Salesman will be responsible for generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and promoting the company's high-quality roofing services. Working closely with project management, the salesperson will ensure that all projects meet Roth Roofing's standards for excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial roofing markets. * Conduct thorough roof inspections and provide detailed, accurate estimates for roofing projects. * Present tailored roofing solutions, including materials, services, and warranties, to prospective clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. * Manage and track sales leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software. * Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure timely, high-quality project execution. * Prepare and deliver clear and detailed sales proposals, contracts, and documentation. * Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. * Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences. * Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives. Qualifications: * Proven experience in roofing sales or a related construction sales role. * Comprehensive knowledge of roofing materials, installation processes, and industry regulations. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients. * Demonstrated ability to provide accurate estimates and deliver customized solutions. * Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in roofing or sales is a plus.
