Roofing Sales Representative

About the position

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our roofing division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships, and earning uncapped income based on performance. You’ll work directly with homeowners and property managers to inspect roofs, present solutions, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct roof inspections and identify customer needs
• Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, and insurance claims (if applicable)
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Follow up with leads and manage pipeline in CRM
• Close sales contracts and coordinate with production team
• Maintain strong customer relationships and referrals
• Order job materials with appropriate vendors and suppliers

Requirements

• Previous sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, or in-home sales a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to manage time and work independently
