What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving new business and helping homeowners and commercial clients protect and improve their properties.

You will

Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
Meet with property owners to assess needs and recommend solutions
Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts
Guide clients through the sales process with professionalism and integrity
Collaborate with project managers for smooth project handoffs
Track activity and opportunities in CRM systems
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

This is a relationship-driven sales role where trust, follow-through, and communication are essential.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated individuals who are

Experienced in sales (construction, roofing, home improvement, or B2B preferred)
Confident communicators who build rapport easily
Self-driven and comfortable working independently
Goal-oriented and motivated by commission-based earnings
Willing to learn and grow within the construction industry
Equipped with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Construction knowledge is a plus — but we value attitude, drive, and coachability just as much.
