WHAT YOU'LL DO & LEARN

As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative, you'll receive detailed, hands-on training in all aspects of the job, including:

Assisting homeowners in filing insurance claims and guiding them through the insurance process.

· Meet with insurance companies for adjustments and negotiations

· Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate new business

· Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain the restoration process

· Build familiarity with roofing and siding materials and installation techniques

· Create detailed reports, scope of work, and contracts for homeowners

· Upsell warranties and additional services to improve homes

· Attend regular in-house meetings and training sessions

· Maintain a positive, professional, and drama-free work environment

· Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.

WHAT WE OFFER

Extensive training and guidance to become an expert in the insurance process and roofing sales.

· 100% commission-based pay: earn $120K$300K+, with top sales reps making $500K+ annually

· Revenue-based commission plus bonuses (monthly and quarterly)

· All sales must be sold at the costs provided to our sales reps; additional upgrades can be sold for added income

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with homeowners.
Persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively advocate for homeowners' roofing needs.
Self-motivated and driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing industry trends and practices.
Basic knowledge or interest in the roofing industry and insurance processes is advantageous.

· Strong work ethic and dedication to customer service

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and walking on roofs(If he doesn't know or can't do it, there would be no problem.)

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record

· Insurance coverage including workers' comp and general liability

· Preferred: prior door-to-door sales or outside sales representative experience
