Job Overview

Estate Roofing Inc is seeking a motivated and reliable Outside Sales Representative to join our storm restoration team. If you have drive, grit, determination, and a will to succeed - our team will mentor you into six figure earnings. This role is ideal for someone eager to enter the residential roofing industry — no prior experience required. You'll represent a trusted brand, meet with potential clients, and help them navigate storm damage insurance claims and roofing projects with integrity and ease.

Your First 60 Days

Your first 3 days will be spent in classroom training learning about roofing, sales, insurance claims, materials, and installation. The remainder of the week will be spent training in the field and shadowing our field team. Your next 30 days will be spent knocking doors, inspecting homes, and building a pipeline. By the 60 day mark, you will have at least 10 prospects, have met your first insurance adjusters, and be on your way to building a successful career.

Key Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods affected by storm damage to identify potential customers
• Speak with prospects, clients, and insurance carriers regarding our services
• Conduct professional inspections and recommend repair and replacement solutions
• Follow up with leads and manage relationships from inspection to project completion

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be willing to climb & inspect roofing year round
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined
• Prior roofing experience is a plus but not necessary
• Must be coachable, ambitious, and capable of managing your own schedule

Work Location
