Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our expanding team. Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and target potential clients within assigned territories.
Conduct B2B sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and direct outreach to prospective customers.
Manage existing accounts through ongoing communication, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service.
Perform product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting the value of roofing solutions.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Negotiate contracts and closing deals efficiently while maintaining positive client relationships.
Collaborate with management on marketing strategies and territory management initiatives to maximize market penetration.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings to stay ahead in the marketplace.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry preferred.
Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis.
Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing efforts.
Demonstrated success in upselling products or services and closing sales deals.
Analytical skills for assessing market data and developing effective sales strategies.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and managing multiple client accounts.

Pay: $63,059.48 - $75,942.61 per year
