Extreme Roofing is expanding across South Florida to Broward and beyond and we’re hiring high-performance sales reps to dominate assigned territories in Miami-Dade and Broward County.

This is not an entry-level sales job. This is for individuals looking to earn six figures.

• *Compensation**

5% Commission on Total Project Value - No Haggle Commissions. Close the Deal and the commissions are yours.

Monthly Goals

• $250,000 in sold roofs = $12,500 commission
• $500,000 sold = $25,000 commission
• $1,000,000 sold = $50,000 commission

Average roofing projects range from $20,000 – $80,000+.

Commission is paid based on project completion percentages, creating ongoing payouts as jobs progress. Your pipeline continues paying you.

Projects usually last one - two weeks. Larger projects can last 1 month.

Top performers $750,000 in quarterly sales will earn 2% off their entire assigned team and territories plus 5% from their own sales.

We are building a serious sales force not a revolving sales team.

• *What You’ll Do**
• Knock assigned residential territories daily (10 AM – 6 PM)
• Generate and close roofing projects door-to-door
• Follow up on qualified leads provided by the company
• Manage your pipeline inside our CRM
• Attend in-person training and virtual weekly sales meetings
• Build relationships with homeowners and close high-ticket projects

You will be assigned protected territories starting in Miami-Dade. You can also generate leads anywhere but your primary focus is closing deals.

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Areas within Miami-Dade (Initial Focus)

Areas within Broward County (Expansion Phase for May - June)

• *Requirements**
• Must have a smartphone
• Must be comfortable using CRM software
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be self-motivated
• Must be comfortable knocking doors daily
• Roofing or home improvement sales experience preferred (not required for closers)

If you can sell $250K in roofs (That is 10 roofs at $25,000 or 2 contracts at $125,000), you make $12,500 in commissions.

If you can sell $500K, you make $25,000 in commissions.

If you can dominate a territory, your income is uncapped.
