We handle full-home remodeling, roofing (through our Rain Right Roofing partnership), and ongoing home services. We're dual-licensed as a Certified Roofing Contractor and Certified Building Contractor, so you're selling real, permitted, code-compliant work.

The Role

We're hiring a driven outside sales rep to build our book of business. This is a hunter's role built on relationships and hustle. You'll open doors with property management companies and realtors, generate your own leads in the field, and work company-supplied leads on top of that.

What You'll Do

• Cold call and develop accounts with property management companies and realtors across our service area
• Build lasting referral relationships that generate repeat business
• Self-source leads in the field — networking, door-knocking, jobsite and community prospecting
• Work company-supplied leads alongside your own pipeline
• Present and sell remodeling, roofing, and home-services solutions, and close the deal
• Represent a licensed, family-run company you can be proud of

What You Bring

• 2+ years of outside sales experience with a documented closing record — remodeling, roofing, or home-improvement sales strongly preferred
• Comfort and confidence cold calling and opening new accounts
• Existing relationships with property managers or realtors are a big plus
• Reliable personal vehicle and a valid Florida driver's license
• Self-motivation and hustle — you build your own pipeline and own your numbers
• Professional presentation and strong follow-through

Compensation & Perks

• Estimated on-target earnings: $55,000 – $250,000+/year based on performance
• $800/week recoverable draw against commission — any shortfall between weekly commissions earned and the draw carries forward as a negative balance and is recovered from future commissions
• 6% commission on personal sales
• Company fuel card for business travel
• One week paid vacation after one year of employment
• Company-supplied leads to supplement your self-generated pipeline

Pay: $52,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
