What You’ll Do

Hunt and close commercial roofing deals with building owners, property managers, and commercial investors.
Conduct inspections, identify needs, and present killer proposals that get signed.
Negotiate contracts, crush quotas, and hit massive revenue goals.
Build relationships that lead to repeat business and high-ticket referrals.
Work with operations to ensure projects are delivered flawlessly, keeping clients happy and referrals flowing.

Who We’re Looking For

Proven sales closer—B2B, commercial construction, or roofing experience a huge plus.
Fearless, competitive, and obsessed with hitting goals.
Self-motivated with a pipeline mentality—no waiting for leads to fall into your lap.
Excellent communicator and negotiator.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for client meetings.
