Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential clients, explaining the benefits of our services and how we can solve their home improvement needs.
Manage and convert provided leads into sales opportunities, ensuring a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, becoming the go-to advisor for all their roofing, siding, and window needs.

Who You Are

Experienced in sales, (3 years minimum) in the home improvement industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Knowledgeable about roofing, siding, and window products and services, or willing to learn quickly.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as this role involves travel to client sites.
