Operations Manager

Job Description

We are a growing metal roofing supply company seeking an experienced Office & Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, office administration, inventory coordination, and customer service. This role manages the internal systems that keep the business running efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office and operational functions
• Oversee order processing, scheduling, and fulfillment
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
• Supervise office staff and administrative workflows
• Ensure accurate invoicing, billing, and reporting
• Improve systems, efficiency, and accountability
• Track KPIs and report performance to ownership

Compensation

• Base Salary: $65,000–$85,000 (DOE)
• Annual KPI-based bonus (10–15% of base)

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations or office management
• Construction, manufacturing, or supply industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Comfortable with numbers, systems, and accountability

This is a leadership role with real responsibility and bonus upside.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
