RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect residential and commercial roofs
• Meet with homeowners and property managers
• Present roofing solutions and estimates
• Build relationships and close sales
• Document inspections and project opportunities
• Generate new business and referrals

REQUIREMENTS

• 5–10 Years Sales Experience Preferred
• Roofing, Construction, or Home Improvement Experience Preferred
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
• Professional Appearance and Attitude
• Ability to Climb Ladders and Inspect Roofs
• Must Have Your Own Truck
• Must Have Your Own Ladders
• Valid Driver’s License
